Day 02: Delhi
Morning sight seeing tour of Delhi covering Laxmi Narayan Temple – The Place of Gods, India Gate - The memorial of martyrs, Parliament House – The Government headquarters. In the afternoon take a city tour of Old Delhi covering Jama Masjid - The largest mosque in Asia, Red Fort - The red stone magic, Gandhi memorial – The memoir of father of the nation. Also enjoy the sound & light show in the evening if time permits. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Delhi – Mandawa (275 kms – 5 hours)
Morning checkout and drive to Mandawa – 275 kms (6 hrs), traditional welcome on arrival transfer to hotel. Rest of the visit compact little town of Shekhawati region comprising of Forts and Havelis of beautiful frescoes. While touring this town a painted arched gateway adorned with Lord Krishna and his cows leads to the bazaar. Evening enjoy folk dance and music while you dine at the courtyard of this hotel. Overnight in Mandawa.

Day 04: Mandawa – Bikaner (175 kms – 3 hours)
Morning checkout and drive to Nawalgarh – 30 kms, the town where the finest of the Shekhavati’s frescoes can be seen. Its havelis still bear witness to the rich & prosperous Marwari era of the 19th century. Worth visiting are the Aath Haveli complexes, Anandilal Poddar Haveli, Bansidhar Bhagat Haveli & Chokhani Haveli. Later drive to Bikaner – 175 kms (3 hrs), transfer to hotel on arrival. Evening free to relax. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05: Bikaner – Jaisalmer (333 kms – 6 hours)
Morning take a sight seeing tour of Bikaner covering Junagadh Fort – constructed between 1588 and 1593 by Raja Rai Singh, fort has a 986 meter long wall with 37 bastions & two entrances, Bhand Sagar Temple – The 16th century Jain temple, is the most important temple of this complex. Afternoon checkout and drive to Jaisalmer – 330 kms (6 hrs), Arrive and check into hotel. Evening free to relax or enjoy the city atmosphere. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06: Jaisalmer – Sam Sand Dunes
Morning take a sight seeing tour of Jaisalmer covering Jaisalmer Fort – built on the highest point of the Tricuta hill, consisting of 99 bastions. Outstanding features are Megh Durbar & various temples, Salim Singh-Ki-Haveli & Patwon–Ki-Haveli – some of the beautiful mansions with stone carving and latticework of breath taking intricacy. After lunch drive to Sam Sand Dunes – 45 kms enroute visit the ancient Temple of Lodurwa, Amar Sagar and Mool Sagar Lakes. Arrive Sam Sand Dunes and transfer to Pitched tents on the dunes, later enjoy camel safari on the dunes till the sunset. Ride back to the tents for dinner with live folk music, overnight in the Swiss Tents at Sam Sand Dunes.

Day 07: Sam Sand dunes - Jaisalmer
Early morning take a camel safari again to see the sunrise over the dunes, later checkout and drive to Jaisalmer, on arrival transfer to hotel. Day free to relax in Jaisalmer, early evening visit to tribal village of Khuri, over here too one can enjoy camel rides on the unexploited dunes of Khuri. Also if you wish we can arrange cultural evening with dinner at Dhanis (Mud Houses) in Khuri. Drive back to Jaisalmer for overnight.

Day 08: Jaisalmer – Jodhpur (290 kms – 6 hours)
Morning checkout and drive to Jodhpur – 290 kms, on arrival transfer to hotel. Day free to relax till 1500 hrs, later visit Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada and Umaid Bhawan Palace. Evening take an excursion tour to Balsamand Lake & Palace, overnight in Jodhpur.

Day 09: Jodhpur – Udaipur (276 kms – 5 hours)
Morning checkout and drive to Udaipur – 276 kms, enroute visit the famous Ranakpur Temples of 12th Century which has 108 carved pillars each different from the others. Later drive to Kumbhalgarh Fort enroute to Udaipur. Kumbhalgarh Fort is known for its longest wall of 36 kms surrounding the fort with 360 inbuilt temples in the wall, some of the temple now leis in the state of ruin. Proceed to Udaipur, on arrival transfer to hotel. Evening free to relax, overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: Udaipur
Morning visit City Palace – located amidst Lake Pichola, comprising of Crystal Gallery, Durbar Hall and Jagdish Temple. After lunch visit Saheliyon – Ki – Bari – The garden made for the honour of the queen. Evening visit Eklingji & Nagda Temples – built in white marble with a double storied porch on the bank of Lake bagel – 22 kms from Udaipur. Drive back to Udaipur for overnight.

Day 11: Udaipur – Pushkar
Morning checkout and drive to Pushkar – 275 kms (5 hours) enroute visit the magnificient Fort of Chittaurgarh, to visit this fort you don’t need to walk up you can directly take the vehicle right on top of the fort to see Rani Padminis Palace, Man Mahal, Tower of Peace & Victory & several ruins of Temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Later proceed to Pushkar on arrival transfer to Pushkar Palace hotel. Relax for some time and visit the only temple of Lord Brahma surrounded by Pushkar Lake. On the banks of the lake you will see devotees taking dip into the holy waters of Pushkar & offering prayers. Also visit the Pushkar Fair Site which is right opposite the Pushkar Lake. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 12: Pushkar – Jaipur (131 kms – 3 hours)
Early morning one can visit the lakeside to see devotees offering prayers to the sun god at the time of sunrise. Later checkout and drive to Jaipur – 131 kms, on arrival transfer to hotel. After freshen up visit Jal Mahal, Rani Sati Gardens, and Chokhi Dhani - an ethnic resort serving Rajasthani cuisine with live music and puppet shows in an ambiance of an ethnic village. Return to the hotel for overnight.

Day 13: Jaipur
Morning take an excursion tour to Amber Fort where one can enjoy Elephant ride to access the hill top Fort. Later take a sight take a sight seeing tour of Jaipur visiting City Palace, Hawa Mahal, and Jantar Mantar. Rest of the day free for shopping & individual activities. Evening one can visit Nahargarh Fort, which is litted up by floodlights. Or one can just relax, overnight at the hotel.

Day 14: Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri - Agra (230 kms – 5 hours)
Morning Later drive to Agra – 230 kms (5 hrs) enroute visiting the old dynasty of Mughals; Fatehpur & Sikri, visit the Fort, Bulund Darwaza and Shrine of Shaikh Salim Chisti. Later proceed to Agra, on arrival transfer to hotel. Evening one can visit the Taj Mahal. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 15: Agra – Delhi (200 kms – 4 hours) - Kathmandu (By air at 1915 hrs)
Early morning one can visit the Taj Mahal to see it over the sunrise, later Morning visit Agra Fort, Ittamuddaulahs Tomb and Moti Masjid, after lunch checkout and drive to Delhi – 200 kms, on arrival transfer to airport to board the flight for Kathmandu at 1915 hrs, assistance on arrival in Kathmandu at 2100 hrs, transfer to hotel. Relax and overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 15: Kathmandu
Morning visit The Pashupatinath Temple, situated on the banks of River Baghmati around 8 km from the city, is one of the holiest Hindu shrines. Also visit Guheshwari Temple near Pashupatinath is considered as the place where Yoni of Shiva’s consort Sati fell when she was cut into pieces by Lord Vishnu. Later visit Boudhnath which is one of the largest stupas in the world. Afternoon relax, and early evening visit Patan is a spiritual city with Durbar Square in the centre and many stupas, shikaras, and temples. Bhaktapur is again a royal city where most of the attractions revolve around Durbar Square and the Palace of 55 Windows. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 16: Kathmandu – Lhasa (By air at 0900 hrs)
Morning checkout and transfer to airport to board the flight for Lhasa, a one hour flight will take you to the capital of Tibet "Lhasa" - at an altitude of 3,650 mts, is situated on the north bank of Kyichu River. Lhasa in Tibetan means "Place of the Gods", the residence of the Dalai Lama. Life is unhurried, its people jovial and yet remaining staunchly independent. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 17: Lhasa
Morning visit the Jokhang Temple, situated in the heart of Old Lhasa, it houses Tibet's most precious religious relic, a golden Shakyamuni Buddha which was brought as a gift by the Chinese Princess Wen Cheng on the occasion of her wedding to the Tibetan King, Songtsen Gompo. Surrounding the Jokhang Temple is the bustling Barkhor Market place which is the religious and social focus of Lhasa. Later in the day visit the Potala Palace, this legendary palace built atop a single hill is synonymous with Tibet by the first foremost king Songtsen Gompa. It was expanded to its present structure during the 17th century by the 5th Dalai Lama. This 13 story 1000 room citadel served as the headquarters of the former "church-state" of the Tibet and was home to successive Dalai Lamas, who from the latter half of the 18th century used it as their Winter palace.

Day 18: Lhasa
Morning drive to Drepung Monastery, 8 Kms west of Lhasa - said to be the largest monastery in the world, housing over 10,000 monks. It was founded in 1416 by the disciple of Je Tsonkhapa, founder of the Yellow Hat Gelukpa sect of Tibetan Buddhism. The second, third and fourth Dalai Lamas lived and were entombed here. Drepung in Tibetan means "Richmond". Also visit the Sera Monastery, 5 Kms north of Lhasa, Sera setting is one of Lhasa's prettiest monasteries. Once a community of more than 5,000 monks resided here and was virtually extinguished by the Chinese. The restored monastery sits below the brow of hill on which Tsonkhapa built a hermitage and spent several years mediating. One of the monk’s disciples began building Sera in 1419, completing it a few years later. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 19: Lhasa
Day free to explore Lhasa on own, one can many optional excursions from Lhasa. Overnight at the hotel in Lhasa.

Day 20: Lhasa – Kathmandu – Delhi – Back Home. (By air)
Morning checkout and transfer to airport to board the interconnecting flight for Kathmandu at 0950 hrs, and from Kathmandu to Delhi at 1450 hrs, assistance on arrival in Delhi at 1540 hrs, on arrival check inn at the airport to board the flight back home.
